Personally, I am not sure it’s such a good idea as far as most businesses are concerned. Anybody can find something to complain about with almost anything in life. With social media networks , it is now possible to bad mouth and business where you didn’t like the way the sales clerk or checkout person looked at you. I think it’s to much. People are far more apt to complain than they are to compliment. Think about it.
